In Chapter 1, A Door to Destiny, Grand Sally, Molly's grandmother, arrives through a portal near Molly's house, opened by a michevious creature, a Sepricorn, known as the Gate Keeper. Serpicorns are sly, untrustworthy, conjoured by only the gifted and will often try to trick and trap you into taking something desirable you may see whilest travelling through the portal. Nothing is for free, so should you take something, there is a price you will pay for the exchange.
